Rachel Bourne Sonic Weaver and sound healing oracle is joining with Quantum Healing Noosa to facilitate a day retreat immersion of sound, yoga and breath work, plus a unique opportunity to experience the deeply transformative extended sound bath over 2.5-3 hours within the scalar field. Followed by integration, sharing circle and Rachel’s extraordinary healing channel for those who wish to receive.
Rachel will weave 432hz crystal bowls, shamanic sound with the medicine drum, ocean drum, light language channel to Atlantan codes/frequencies, vocal tone channel to planetary frequencies, cosmic sounds, energy healing and the richness of silence between the sound will be woven to create a deeply immersive experience.
What to expect on the day:
Length of day retreat is from 10am till 2.30pm

With over 5000+ hours of facilitation in a trauma informed 1:1 setting for emotional health, sound and energy healing, mediumship and 500hours of yoga teaching & mindfulness experience & certifications, she facilitates a skilfully woven synergy of sound, somatically integrated with the deep facia release of yin yoga and dynamic pranayama (breath work) you will be gently guided, supported and nurtured with her weaving of these skills.
