Ground - A Nurturing Journey to Reconnect to Your Muladhara Chakra

As the year draws to a close, take time to reconnect with your foundation - mind, body and breath. This 90-minute practice centres on the Muladhara (root chakra), with the intention to reconnect with your foundation and maintain stability as the year comes to a close.

As we move through the holiday season and beyond, carve out some time for yourself for quiet movement, restorative shapes, gentle breath-work and guided meditation.
