Join us for a relaxed Acro Foundations class right by the Noosa River. Whether you're new to AcroYoga or want to revisit the basics with a fresh perspective, this session will help you build trust, connection, and confidence.

We’ll focus on:
🌱 Foundational shapes and transitions
🧘‍♂️ Safe spotting techniques
🤝 Clear communication
💪 Strength, balance & body awareness

No partner needed, we’ll work in small groups. All levels welcome.

What to bring:
