'Move. Feel. Be.'

'You don't have to understand it. It's okay to just feel it'

A feeling arises & the mind starts questioning the feeling:
- why am I feeling this?
- how long will it take?
- I want to solve it, how?

Are you part of the group "the thinker of feeling"

And then I read this quote, "it's okay to just feel it"
That's enough. I don't have to analyze it, understand it, no need to know it's origin.
Just to feel it.

Okay, and how does it work to just feel?
That is difficult to explain, bc then we are still in our mind instead of the home of the feelings - our body!
