A guided mini retreat for you to pause, breathe, reflect and to end your year with peace and grace.
An invitation to discover diamonds, shift perspectives, release with gratitude and return to peace.

Dress comfortably, bring your journal / paper and pens. Mats, blankets and cushions are available - bring your own for extra comfort.
