Where: Western Cape Blood Services, Entrance 1, next to Capitec, Somerset Mall
When: Monday - Friday (10am-6pm) | Saturday, 30 August (9am– 3pm)

Join us at the Somerset Mall Blood Donation Centre and make a life-saving difference! Whether you’re a seasoned donor or giving blood for the first time, every donation counts and can help save multiple lives. Bring a friend, family member, or colleague and donate together!

What to Expect:
A team of trained professionals will guide you safely and comfortably through the process.

Blood Donor Criteria:
Aged 16 to 75 years
Weigh 50kg or more
Be in good health
Lead a sexually safe lifestyle

How to Prepare:
Eat a healthy meal before donating
Drink plenty of water
Bring valid ID or proof of identity
