About the event

Learn to Meditate


On Sunday, July 6th, from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, we will be starting the Basic Meditation Course for Beginners i.e. Introduction to Kriya Yoga, Level 1.

This course will be held at Noida Ashram ONLY(Only offline and not ONLINE).

This is a 2-class series with classes on the 6th of July & 13th of July.

Course Fee: Rs 1500

In this class series learn how to:

Meditate effectively
Live a happier, restful and harmonious life
Become more intuitive, function with more creativity and energy in all aspects of life
Live in the present moment, away from the anxiety of past and future
Make healthy and positive changes in your lifestyle
Find joy within and share it with the world
Introduction to Ancient Meditation Technique “Hong Sau.”
