We’re teaming up with Jen Vanek and Dr. Sarah of Palm Valley Family Medicine — a trusted compassionate voice in women's health and a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to bring you a special Pilates Perimenopause + Prosecco class where you can enjoy a 30-minute Pilates class tailored to the unique needs of women during this stage of life. This session is more than just movement—it’s an informative supportive and empowering space to learn how workouts can adapt to your changing body.
