New Moon Rising Breath and Body Awakening

�Join us for this restorative session designed to help you reset, recharge, and realign with the natural rhythm of the New Moon.

�This guided experience integrates breathwork, chakra balancing, Reiki energy healing, and moving meditation to support both physical, emotional and energetic well-being.

�The session will begin with intuitive movement and Chakra resonant music to awaken the body & open your chakras, followed by focused breathwork to regulate the nervous system and deepen awareness. Reiki and artistic expression is incorporated to support energetic release and renewal.

�This is a perfect time to pause, reflect, and set intentions for the month ahead—grounded, clear, and aligned.��

Open to all levels. Movement can be seated or standing. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, water, and any personal items for your comfort.
