Join me for a very special evening of movement, community, and purpose ✨

🧘‍♀️ On Friday, June 20, from 7–9 pm, I’ll be leading a donation-based Seva class of 108 Sun Salutations to honour the Summer Solstice and raise funds for SickKids Hospital through Ride for SickKids❤️

This cause is close to my heart, and this year’s ride supports the Labatt Family Heart Centre by funding life-saving equipment and care for kids facing the toughest heart challenges.

📍 Location: Outdoors in Nobleton (my backyard — RSVP for address)
💖 All levels welcome — seated, modified, and supported options available
🎉 Cheering section and post-class refreshments!
