Lunchtime concert series: Monash Percussion Prize

Be inspired by the next generation of world-class musicians as they perform alongside international guest artists in the Sir Zelman Cowen School of Music and Performance free Lunchtime concerts, every Thursday from 1pm during semester.

This week, the Monash Percussion Studio presents the finals of the Monash Percussion Prize! Solos and duos for marimba, vibraphone and multiple percussion, performed by undergraduate students.

Founded in 2021 by Dr Louise Devenish, the Monash Percussion Studio concerts champion the music of our time and place via the exploration of Australian percussion music alongside significant works of the international percussion canon and interdisciplinary collaborations.
