❤️Where Love Shows Up ❤️
Little Farm Homestead & Mercantile is hosting a special community event in The Gaberimg Room, where love shows up in action.
We’re coming together to pack backpacks full of essentials for those in our community who do not have a home. This is a hands-on, heart-led event where community shows up for community.
🧡 Our goal:
To pack and distribute 100+ backpacks filled with much-needed items.
🎒 Items we’ll be packing include:
• Tarps
• Toiletries & hygiene necessities
• Non-perishable food items
• Hats, gloves, socks
• Shoes
• Blankets
• And other essential items for daily living outside in the elements
There will be a a lot more details and sign-up post for those who would like to help pack backpacks, bring items, and we are also accepting donations of items or funds to help us reach our goal.
✨ How YOU can help right now:
We are looking for local contacts, organizations, churches, outreach groups, or individuals who can help us disperse these backpacks directly to those in need once they are packed.
If you:
• Work with or know someone who works with the unhoused community
• Volunteer with local outreach programs
• Have connections to shelters, ministries, or street outreach teams
