Glow Yoga

Doors open at 8:30p to get settled in, apply the glow tattoos and body paint, sesh, and get ready to move, and have fun. Class starts at 9p. (Starting a little later since sunset is later.)
Every month we'll have a DIFFERENT playlist.
Karen Ragsdale of Soulworks Yoga & Wellness teaches a HIGH energy, but not intense class. We'll turn on the black lights, turn up the music, and turn tf out! It's more like a yoga party!
Bring your friends and your own mat.
