HARVESTING HOME

We're hosting HARVESTING HOME on May 17th at Jack's Solar Garden (8102 North 95th St, Longmont) from 10am-2pm where you can join us to learn more about Solar Energy, Local Agriculture, and the combination of the two called Agrivoltaics!

Come walk within the solar array at Jack's Solar Garden to see crops growing and sheep grazing under solar panels.

Hang out with various local farms like Sprout City Farms, Sunflower Farm, and the Yellow Barn Farm to hear about what local agriculture offers.

Learn about clean energy programs from City of Longmont Power & Communications, Colorado Renewable Energy Society, and the Citizen Climate Lobby.

Talk with more participating organizations like the Boulder County Farmers Market, Cool Boulder, UpRoot, and WishGarden Herbs.

It'll be a great day to enjoy being outside, make new friends, and listen to a Longmont City Councilmember play his electric keyboard for your entertainment!
