9/27の走集会のご案内です。

＜練習メニュー＞
・90分間ペース走
1周4kmを一定ペースで走ります。
ペースごとに数組に分けて実施予定です。

＜場所＞
武庫川河川敷　山手大橋下（西宮側）
最寄り：JR甲子園口駅

＜時間＞
9時集合、9時10分アップ、9時30分本練習開始、11時頃終了予定

＜参加費＞
クラブ員100円、クラブ員以外300円

ポイントカードをお持ちの方は、忘れないようにご持参ください。
器材は最小限で実施しますので、できるだけビニールシート持参にご協力をお願いします。
着替えテントはありません。ご容赦ください。
