This fun event alternates between lakes each year and is a fantastic opportunity to experience the beauty of our community, socialize with neighbors, and discover the unique stories about some of the incredible lakefront homes in the Cordry/Sweetwater Conservancy District.

3 ticketed tours ($25pp for members and $30 non-members/guests) will depart by boat from the Cordry Lake Marina at 10AM, 12PM and 2PM. Each tour will last approximately 2 hours and begins and ends at the marina with parking located across the street in the gravel lot (volunteers will direct).

Your ticket includes a relaxing pontoon boat ride, complimentary bottled water and a private tour of 3-4 specially selected "Showcase Homes". As you stroll through the properties, you'll be able to meet the homeowners, admire the breathtaking views, beautifully designed interiors, outdoor entertaining spaces, landscaping and other features as well as hear about their stories and what makes each home truly special. Whether you're a home enthusiast, a curious neighbor, a potential buyer, or just looking for a fun day out to explore and learn more about our community, this is an event you won't want to miss!

Mark your calendars and bring your friends and family along for a wonderful experience! Space is limited and tickets are expected to sell out. First come first serve. Tickets are refundable only if cancelled 30 days prior to the event. Within 30 days tickets are non-refundable. If you miss your ticketed tour time or event is cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstance, purchase will be considered a donation. There is no rain date.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFO:

• Proceeds go toward CSLOA sponsored activities throughout the year for CSCD freeholders to enjoy including events such as the annual fireworks show and Ox Roast which is completely funded through donations.
• Tickets purchased in advance are $25 for CSLOA members (limit 2) and $30 for non-members/guests. Tickets day of the event, if available, are $35 each.
• Because available spots per boat are limited, you will not be able to switch tour times unless spots are open. Requests made at least 24hrs in advance will be considered based on availability and are not guaranteed. If you miss your scheduled tour time, your payment will be considered a donation.
• After purchasing your ticket online, you will receive an email confirmation with additional important info and a QR code. This is your ticket, bring it with you the day of the event or show it on your phone at check-in.
• Tickets are refundable if cancelled more than 30 days before the event. Cancellations made within 30 days are not refundable and will be considered a donation.
• There is no rain date. Event happens rain or shine unless there is lighting/other risk.
• You will be required to sign a waiver at check-in table in order to participate (please plan to arrive early).
• Parking with be in the gravel lot and grassy areas across from the marina.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time to check-in, sign waiver and receive your wristband for participation. Boats leave precisley on time due to a tight schedule. If you miss your scheduled tour there are no refunds and boats cannot be recalled.
• This is a private event, not open to the public. It is only available to freeholders and their guests.
• The tour is not handicap accessible and not recommended for young children. There are multiple steps and uneven terrain at most of the lake homes.
• All participants must travel on event-sponsored boats, sign a waiver, and wear a tour wristband to enter theparticipating homes.
