General pre-registration with start at the end of May. Cost to attend is $60.
Pegasus XVI will be held the weekend of September 5-7, 2025 at The Field near Airway Heights, Wash.
Your pre-registration comes with:
(2) days of airsoft
(2) days of camping
(1) event patch
(1) ticket for the event raffle (NOTE: We do not sell extra raffle tickets)
NOTES:
Participants must be at least 16 years old or have a parent or guardian with them on the field at all times in order to participate.
The blackout date to get a full refund for this event is August 1. After that point, only a partial refund can be given.
The uniform for the Guardia Nacional is Woodland, MARPAT or Multicam. The uniform for the Guardia Nacional foreign advisory team is PMC; light colored pants (khaki) and a dark shirt. Please no red-colored shirts and no red headwear allowed.
The uniform for the San Felice cartel for this event is either civilian attire or olive drab. Think South American cartel of the late 1980s when putting together your outfit and kit. The uniform for the San Felice cartel foreign advisers is Soviet / Russian uniforms and Soviet / Russian weapons.
No smoke grenades, blank fire, or pea grenades allowed. Thunder B, TAAGs Paladin (Chalk) rounds and Tornado grenades are authorized.
All weapons are authorized for this event (Rifles, Sniper Rifles, LMGs). Tracer units and tracer BBs are required for participation in the night game.
All weapons must be chrono'd during check-in, which will begin at 2 p.m. on Friday. It is strongly recommended that you check-in, chrono and attend a safety briefing on Friday so we can get started early Saturday morning. The drop dead time to chrono your replicas Saturday morning is NLT 8:00 a.m.
You need to bring a dead rag with you and carry it on you at all times. If you do not have one we will have them available for purchase at the event.
