Glimmer and Glitter

We've all heard of triggers, but have you ever heard of Glimmers? Triggers are sensory reminders that can evoke negative emotions or memories, while glimmers are positive sensory cues that can bring about feelings of safety, joy, and connection 🩷 so my Bloomers 🩷 it's time to celebrate our Glimmers!

Join us for a fun night of "vision board meets glitter" craft night! I've got beautiful supplies in store for you to create the cover of your new best friend, a glimmer journal! We will have fun all night connecting and celebrating being safe and appreciated. At the end of the night you will have a beautiful journal to take home to work on yourself, and or work on with me as we continue our healing journey together on Bloomology 🪷
This class is ready for 5️⃣ beautiful souls to make some magic in the studio. If you have private group requests for your besties for a different time send me a message and we can make it work!
