Through the gentle yet powerful combination of ceremonial cacao, breathwork, somatic movement, and sisterhood, we will explore what it means to feel fully, express freely, and remember who we are beneath the noise.

Ines is a trauma-informed breathwork and somatic therapist, combining breath, movement and bodywork as tools to reconnect with the body. Passionate about supporting others getting closer to themselves, to connect with aliveness and joy and all the emotions that keep us from it. With a deep commitment to presence and safety, she creates spaces for inner exploration in a 1o1 setting, events, workshops, ceremonies, retreats and trainings. She’s a part of a network of mindful souls committed to support each other through growth and expansion and also the resident breathwork & somatic therapist at Holina, the #1 trauma & holistic care center in Thailand.
Her background in Somatic & Rebirthing Breathwork, Yoga movement , Meditation and Energy healing are combined to lead groups in magical journeys of transformation, with a sensitivity to hold space with love and trust. Her portfolio includes diverse Breathwork Training, Wim-Hoff style Breathwork & Icebath, Rebirthing Breathwork, Shamanic Breathwork and Water Breathwork in both group and 1-on-1 sessions. Inês is also trained as a Psychosomatic facilitator, Internal Family Systems therapist and trauma-aware space holding.

Laurentia is a certified yoga and breathwork teacher devoted to creating sacred spaces for women to return to their essence through the body, the breath, and the heart.
With over five years of experience in self-development, somatic healing, and embodiment practices, she weaves together grounded techniques with intuitive care to support deep emotional release, clarity, and reconnection.
Her work is rooted in the healing intelligence of the breath and the body, drawing from practices such as Elemental Breathwork, Rebirthing Breathwork, Water Rebirthing, various styles of yoga, water healing, and somatic movement ✧ always honoring the body’s natural rhythm and wisdom.
Laurentia’s sessions are tender yet powerful ✧ where softness becomes strength, and self-love becomes a path to awakening. She often weaves in cacao ceremonies, women’s circles, and ritual practices that celebrate feminine energy, intuition, and sisterhood.
Her intention is to help others remember who they are through presence, embodiment, and a deep trust in the healing journey.
