Preziosa Young

Galerie Door is proud to present the three winners and six ‘special mentions’ of the international Preziosa Young Award 2024. This renowned prize, managed and organized by LAO (Le Arti Orafe Contemporary Jewellery School in Florence), was awarded in April this year to the talented young international jewellery artists under age 35. After a first exhibition in Florence, the work of these young talents can be admired at Galerie Door, Lange Hezelstraat 93 in Nijmegen from 28 June to 20 July 2025.

On Saturday 28 June 2025 around 15:30, alderman of culture (Nijmegen) Noël Vergunst will open the Preziosa Young
exhibition with artworks created by nine young international jewellery artists. Prior to the opening, art historian Alice Rendon (Italy) will give a short introduction to the Preziosa Young competition and the work of the prize winners. Until 20 July 2025, Galerie Door will be showcasing this international travelling exhibition.

The festive opening of this exhibition will be held on Saturday 28 June 2025 between 15.00 and 18.00 hrs.
