Yoga For Grief is not about flexibility or strength. It is about creating space to feel, release, and transform your grief. In this practice, Lauren offers a safe and compassionate environment where you can honor your loss, connect with your emotions, and gently nurture yourself. Through guided breathwork, restorative yoga poses, meditation, and energy healing, you'll be supported in releasing tension, finding moments of peace, and connecting with others navigating similar experiences.
As a certified death doula, licensed funeral director and embalmer, and someone who has walked through her own grief, Lauren understands the many ways loss can affect the body, mind, and soul. Her presence provides both professional guidance and heartfelt empathy.
This practice is open to all experience levels, including beginners. It can be experienced as a single session or as part of an ongoing grief-support journey. Wear what feels comfortable, bring water, and a mat if you have one. There are mats available to borrow if you don't and props will be provided at no cost. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to settle in and begin this healing journey with ease.
