“Fill Your Cup” is a 75-minute restorative yoga and sound bath experience created just for teachers.

It’s a sacred pause—a chance to refill your energy, receive healing sound, and step into the school year grounded, clear, and cared for.

✨ This FREE event includes:

Restorative yoga (fully supported with props—no experience needed)

Crystal bowls, koshi chimes, ocean drum, and gentle gong swells

Breathwork and guided meditation to reset your nervous system

A 15-minute savasana sound journey

Quiet reflection and a warm cup of tea to close
