EmpowHER Mental Health Workshop presented by Eglin Federal Credit Union

Join us for EmpowHER, presented by Eglin Federal Credit Union—a day dedicated to uplifting the mental health and well-being of teen girls through meaningful conversations, creative expression, and joyful movement 💃. Best of all, it's completely free to attend!

Attendees will hear from inspiring speakers 🎤, including Crystal Morgan of CMorgan Coaching, Dr. Christine Jean, Psychologist, and Meghan Erwin, who will lead a powerful drama session focused on self-expression and confidence. Natoya Pitts will also bring the energy with a high-impact dance session to keep things fun and empowering. Additional activities include a glitter bar ✨ with Dancing Canvas, a photo booth, a trail mix bar, and more!

Lunch from Hurricane Grill will be provided, giving attendees a chance to recharge, connect, and make new friends 💖.
