This WEEKLY yoga-based functional movement class is all about keeping your body strong, mobile, and pain-free—now and in the long run

We’ll focus on smart, intentional movement to help you feel more grounded, more open, and more connected in your body.

Venue: in the Park Virger (near Club Nautique)

Bring a mat, water, and a towel (or you can rent a mat for €5, please let us know in advance)

This WEEKLY class is for all levels but be ready to move in a new way to help your body age gracefully and powerfully.

After class, we’ll jump in the Sea for a swim or grab a coffee at Club Nautique. Come move, breathe, and hang out with good people (this is optional)

Fee: €10 to be paid on the day
