Course 1 - Canapés
Olives, feta, roasted red peppers and olive oil
Tiny roasted sweet peppers stuffed with goat cheese and roasted almonds.
Bruschetta with fresh mozzarella

Course 2 -
Smoked duck and roasted corn wontons with fresh ginger teriyaki glaze.

Course 3 -
Chicken Satay with Thai peanut sauce and fresh mango salsa (Interactive course)

Course 4 -
Layer sour cream cheese cake with fresh raspberries.
