Welcome to The Bash. Everyone's favorite day of the year. There will be music, dancing, swimming, games and fun to be had by all.
Things to know:
Can I bring my kid? Children welcome during the day. Lots of kids do come- we ask that you please watch your children and do not let them swim unless you plan on staying with them. Please bring your own towel. Use good judgment and please take the kids home at a reasonable time. People will be drinking and we kindly ask that kids are gone before dark to keep everyone safe.
Is there food? We will be setting out one round of food. If you have dietary restrictions or want to ensure you have something to eat- feel free to bring some snacks, a lunch box, or door dash some food.
Should I bring anything? $10 to donate to the bands! They volunteer their time and 100% of the money donated at the door goes towards the music!! Bring a towel, suit and/or a change of clothes if you want to swim. There will be a changing tent for you to change in. Bring a folding chair if you' like to sit. Bring beer if you want to drink. If you would like to bring a dish to pass, we would love that! There is a lot of people to feed! Sunblock, Bug Spray, a hoodie - anything you would want when you are at a backyard party etc
Whats a foam party? Its cool, jump in and enjoy yourself. If you spend too long in the foam you will get wet so just be advised.
Can I go in the house? NO. Hard no. please don't ask. We own the house and literally use the port a potty ourselves so there is no reason for you to need to go inside. It stresses us out when you ask. Poop before you come, pee in the port a potty, change in the changing tent, wash your hands with the hose. Its a backyard party not some fancy festival or something just come and be cool.
