Making your own Chicken Foot Charm

Join witchdoctor Utu at Cat & Monkey Events in Niagara Falls, on the eve of the full moon for a hands-on class and workshop to make and decorate your own chicken foot charm. Many cultures have a magical tradition of utilizing various bird feet for talismans, wild fowl is common for most of them, but here in the Americas the domesticated poultry has become the most legendary when it comes to the “chicken foot charm”. Utu will discuss the different traditions of fowl feet and chicken foot magic, sharing its European roots and blend of North American folk magic, then the class becomes all about decorating and empowering your own chicken foot charm! …and of course chicken feet will be provided!
