An interactive workshop for cultivating healthy, supportive limits

Boundaries aren’t walls, they’re bridges to healthier relationships with ourselves and others. In this creative, reflective workshop, led by a Registered Social Worker, we’ll explore how setting and honouring boundaries can be an act of self-respect, compassion, and care.

Through guided discussion, experiential activities, and creative exercises, participants will:

• Learn to recognize the difference between healthy, porous, and rigid boundaries.
• Explore how boundaries support mental health, self-care, and stronger connections.
• Practice creative strategies for communicating needs with clarity and kindness.
• Discover how saying “no” can create space for a deeper, more authentic “yes.”

This workshop is designed to feel both practical and empowering, equipping you with tools to navigate relationships at work, at home, and in community while staying grounded in your own values.

Boundaries aren’t just protective, they’re a powerful way to show love, to ourselves and those around us.
