The Wee Group 1st Session

The Wee Group is coming 🫶

Have you taken part in our Better Days pain programme? Do you live with a long term health condition? Would you like to join a group that combines elements of better days mixed with activities, heritage trips, furniture & clothes upcycling, health professional sessions and a whole lot more? If so, then The Wee Group peer support project is for you.

Starting on Wednesday 14th January at 1pm and running fortnightly throughout the year, Julie and myself will be here to bring people together who are living similar experiences by giving emotional and practical help whilst sharing knowledge and information. It will be a group built on mutual respect, trust and value helping individuals feel understood and supported, all whilst having a whole lot of craic.
