THIS COURSE IS 4 WEEKS LONG, OVER THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY EVENINGS:

We'll teach you the basics needed to go to a climbing wall as an independent user, covering some or all of the topics below:
- Introduction to climbing wall safety
- Harnesses, their types and putting them on
- Introduction to ropes and attaching to them
- Belaying and the belay system
- Climbing movement technique

- Fully qualified and experienced Rock Climbing Instructors to teach you
- Instruction on basic rope techniques
- Instruction on climbing technique
- Climbing harness
- Climbing Shoes - most centres make you climb in trainers which really makes it hard!
- Admission fee to the climbing wall each night of the event
- Digital pictures and videos of your day so you can remember it forever
