Summer Solstice Family Yoga

Family yoga session to celebrate the summer solstice. Fun, interactive family yoga with partner poses and sun salutations, outdoors in Ward Park with some props and children's activities.

This is weather permitting, should weather conditions be unfeasable, the event may be rescheduled (as the studio is in use that morning)

Suitable for beginners, recommended age 3 plus (however little people are welcome along) SEN friendly
