Summer Chakra Balancing Course

Our chakras are the energy centres of our body. There are 7 main chakras, like the 7 colours of the rainbow and these can become blocked or not allow your energy to flow freely. Since starting my reiki journey over 20 years ago and yoga over 10 years ago , I have been fascinated by the chakras and the power of our body to heal and let go of things that are holding us back. In this series of workshops you will have the ability to learn a lot about each of the chakras, work with crystals, yoga, Chiball, reiki, breathwork, sound, journalling and meditation to help you balance your energy and release anything that is blocking you.
These lovely, interactive group sessions will aim to leave you feeling more empowered in your own wellbeing and able to take some learning into everyday life to stay more balanced and grounded, no matter what is going on around you. You will receive worksheets and support also each week. The last workshop will be longer and include extra integration/relaxation. The investment for this series of workshops will be £91.00 for the 7 weeks, there is a deposit option available on request.
