Galentine Goddesses

Join us on Galentine's evening! We will start with a welcome drink and the option to pull some inspiration & guidance cards, before moving into our yoga and Chiball flow which will be a gentle, heart opening sequence focusing on the heart chakra, moving energy, creating softness and stability. Suitable for beginners and adaptations available.
After some refreshments, we will move into a guided relaxation with crystals and group reiki, to encourage self-love, peace and joy into our lives.
The perfect wee evening for you and a friend, but everyone is welcome to come and join even if you decide to do it just for yourself! £22 each or bring a friend for £20 each.
