Sew & Slow Down

I’ll be hosting a Wellbeing Stickerbook session at Wigan Workshops on Tuesday 31st March, 1–2pm.

This is a simple, creative hour where you can pick up a big Stickerbook badge and either try something new – or just take an hour doing something steady and enjoyable.

We’ll be making our own lavender bags using super simple embroidery. Nothing complicated. Nothing fancy. No experience needed.

Just stitching, chatting (if you want to), and creating something you can actually use at home to support better sleep.

You’ll leave with:

• Your own handmade lavender sleep bag
• A new Stickerbook badge
• A calm hour that doesn’t demand anything from you

This session is funded by Proper Good and is open to those within Wigan’s voluntary, community and social enterprise sector.
