Hi, I’m Jen!I started Weight Watchers at 11, and for years, diets and restriction ruled my life, leaving me feeling broken, with low self-esteem and a negative relationship with food and my body. But I turned it around. I learned to overcome emotional eating, treat myself with kindness, and break free from all-or-nothing thinking—and now, I help other women do the same.I created Body. Brain.
