Hi, I’m Maz. Four years ago, I stumbled into an Authentic Relating workshop, and it changed my life. At the time, I was stuck in disconnection—spending hours gaming, eating junk food, and numbing myself to the loneliness I felt.

That workshop introduced me to the transformative power of curiosity, empathy, and vulnerability. It taught me how to connect deeply with others and, more importantly, with myself.

Now, as a Master of Clinical Psychology student, I combine personal experience with academic insight to create workshops where people can rediscover connection and show up authentically.
