Let’s Meditate : Summer Meditation Drop-In Series

Join us this Summer for a peaceful and rejuvenating meditative experience at the William K. Sanford Town Library at 629 Albany Shaker Road in Colonie on Tuesdays from 6:30pm - 7:30pm on the following dates:

7/22, 7/29, 8/12, 8/19, 9/2, and 9/9.

Drop-In Anytime. Attend as many classes as you can for cumulative benefit.

These free weekly meditation sessions are designed for both beginner and experienced practitioners.

Classes consist of learning the fundamentals of, and benefit from guided meditations in the Sahaja technique of meditation, a technique geared towards achieving the state of mental silence, to reduce the negative effects of a overly busy, anxious, or regret-ridden mental state.

All sessions are free and open to all, creating a welcoming space to unwind and connect with like-minded individuals.
