MIRACLES IN MOURNING SUPPORT GROUP (GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP)

You are invited to join a support gathering at Unifour Church for individuals who have experienced the loss of a loved one. This meeting aims to provide a safe and compassionate space for sharing experiences, offering comfort, and finding healing together.

We are collaborating with April Herron and her "Painting Our Feelings" into our grief group. It's important to remember that this isn't about being a great artist; it's about using painting as a tool to navigate our emotions. Art can serve as a powerful medium for processing grief, allowing us to externalize feelings that might be difficult to articulate. By engaging in this creative practice, we can foster healing and connect with our emotions in a constructive way. This initiative provides an opportunity to share experiences, find support among others, and explore how colors and strokes can reflect our inner journeys.
