About the event

Fermentation Workshop

Workshop participants will join Pete Tischler, Owner and Farmer of Seek-No-Further Fruit Farm at Rockywood Farm to learn about food preservation and the kinds of fermentation. We will be making homemade kimchi and sauerkraut and participants will be able to bring home quarts of the ferment to finish off at home.

DATE: Wed July 9 @ 3 pm
