This free 8-week course is designed to help families give children a healthy, happy start in life and get them ready for school. Topics include:
� Practical parenting tips
� Healthy eating and snack swaps
� Getting active as a family
� Healthy teeth and portion sizes
� Understanding food labels
� Setting realistic goals for your family
