Collusion live at The Griffin, Earlestown

COLLUSION are a local 4 piece Indie Rock band from Newton-Le-Willows. They formed in 2018 when lead singer, Joshua Johnson, and drummer, Alex Whitaker, met at their local club.

Starting as a covers band they played at pubs for three years giving them a large repertoire of covers and a dedicated local fan base. They soon decided to use their passion of different genres to create their own unique sound.

An alternative rock groove became the natural route for them as Josh began to write his own songs on acoustic guitar in his bedroom.

Collusion released their debut single “Ride The Waves” in 2022 and began gigging across the North-west. Within a year they were headlining some of Liverpool’s most renown venues such as The Jacaranda and Zanzibar.

Collusion continues to write and record original music that gets the crowd stamping and singing, making them a fantastic band to see.
