This Carers Week, we’ll be out and about across County Durham with a series of Information Stand events, bringing support directly into your community.
Whether you’re new to caring or have been doing it for a long time, we’re here to help you find out what support is available — and how we can make things a little easier.
Pop by one of our stands to:
✅ Chat to our friendly team in person
✅ Learn about support groups and local services
✅ Get advice on grants, bursaries, and specialist support
✅ Ask about training opportunities and how to access them
✅ Pick up your Carers Discount Card and learn about the Carers Emergency Card
✅ Simply talk to someone who understands what being a carer is really like
