Free event, but please book to prevent overcrowding and to ensure everybody's comfort!
Come along to a relaxed, non-judgemental, safe space for women who believe they have or have been diagnosed with any neurodivergent condition.
Talk through life, (no pressure to join in), share, laugh and cry, (I won't forget the tissues this time!) have a hot drink, relax and start to feel not so alone!
This is not a counselling session, more of a well-being session where we can address life and share experiences.
If you can't, then there is no need to attend the full 2 hours, pop in and out as you wish.
