Ulrika-Igraine: "Hagstones and Berries" (Festival on the Fringe, Hosted by FPS)

Join us on the evening of Thursday 19th June for a magical night of folk music at the Teign Heritage Centre, hosted by the Folk Preservation Society as part of the Festival on the Fringe! Immerse yourself in the captivating sounds of Ulrika-Igraine, an accomplished Swedish-Peruvian folk artiste known for their enchanting voice and soulful storytelling.

Blending their cultural heritage and traditions, Ulrika will weave a tapestry of vibrant melodies. They will be joined by other talented musicians each bringing their own artistic expression, together creating folk music with a Scandi noir twist.

This unforgettable evening will feature the extraordinary hurdy-gurdy maestro Steve Tyler, creating an atmosphere of musical magic.

I'm delighted that for this event I will also be welcoming Tracey Baker from Marginalia on percussives and vocals, and Alex Lord from The Jack-Tars on fiddle. We are going to weave some musical magic to steer you safely through the shifting veils!
