Summer Solstice Yoga Celebration!

My next seasonal yoga celebration will be on Sunday 22nd June in Stokeinteignhead. Join us for a nourishing half-day retreat in the countryside to celebrate the summer solstice! We will come together for a beautiful morning of yoga, meditation, breathwork & self-inquiry, followed by the most delicious seasonal feast catered by Polly Nostimo's Little Greek Kitchen.

These days are all about taking some time for yourself to enjoy some nourishing yoga, delicious food, and time to celebrate/connect with your fellow yogis as we honour the transition to a new season 🙂

Time: 10:30am-2:30pm-ish (yoga finishes at 1:30pm, with lunch to follow)
Location: Stokeinteignhead Village Hall
Cost: £55 including lunch
