Join Natalie and Helen's magical collaboration to celebrate the Summer Solstice.

Gently stretch, soothe and release your body while bathing in the magical sound of Helen's music. Combining the stillness of yin to the vibrational energy of sound, this session offers you the opportunity to rest, recharge and heal yourself.

You are welcome to stay of a wee cup of tea with the alpacas after the soothing session.
