Sensory Sound Bath Journey

Sensory Sound Bath Journey, Friday 16th May, Bitton House, 7-8pm ✨

This session can be suitable for all, inclusive of those who find their mind wanders easily, find relaxing challenging and those who are neurodivergent.
With a degree in education and extensive experience within the world of SEND and complex needs, to me a sensory environment has its place in the adult world, deepening the engagement and stimulation of the senses to help transport you into a world of relaxation, redirecting your brain if it has a tendency to drift, aided with a journey through a variety of sound healing instruments, allowing you to be immersed, or ‘bathe’, in the sounds and vibrations of varying frequencies, facilitating deep relaxation (leading to a reduction in inflammation as a secondary potential benefit), stress- relief, energetic clearing, emotional release self- healing to engage and relax the mind and body.
As always, regular sound therapy sessions are recommended for continued and potentially deeper benefit 🦋
