Photograph the Garden Workshop

Learn how to improve your composition and other techniques with award-winning photographer Vicki Gardner, all within the peaceful, unique surroundings of The Italian Garden.

Suitable for any standard of photographer and any type of camera.

The garden offers a chance to photograph unique architecture, trees, plants and wildlife.

This is a small group workshop (8 people maximum) to ensure enough tuition time for everyone so booking is essential. The garden is actively under restoration and very much a work-in-progress with uncleared areas and uneven paths. Visitors must come equipped with sturdy walking shoes. There is limited parking at the garden so car sharing where possible is encouraged. Events may be postponed if adverse weather is forecast.

The garden is a not-for-profit charitable interest company and all event profits are reinvested in the garden. Any additional donations to our restoration project and replanting fund would be very welcome!
