Movement for Mums in Ipplepen

What: Pre and postnatal safe sequences from yoga, dance, functional fitness, somatics and martial arts. Mums are welcome with or without little one(s). Some toys will be available.

When: Wednesdays, 10-10.45am.

Where: sessions will be in St Andrews Church Hall most days (or the little kids' play park off Biltor Road behind the Ipplepen village hall on the first Wednesday of the month)

Fee: £7 (cash or bank transfer), Kids are free. Book 10 classes for a 10% discount.

Bring: water, a mat/towel, toys or books optional.
