for a day of all things, balance, core training and rider technique practice.
We’ve teamed up to offer a retreat workshop day like no other;
🔆 30 min 1-1 training on Millie - focus on any specific riding technique you would like to. From improving sitting trot to cracking flying changes.
🔆 1 x 45 min group Pilates class focusing on safe stretches to improve your seat
🔆 1 x 45 min group Pilates balance, strength class, focusing on your symmetry (your horse will love you for this one)
🔆 A postural analysis with tailored exercises to aid your alignment and balance.
🔆 your day includes beautifully prepared food by our venue The Hummingbird.
🔆 plus an optional extra of two swim sessions in our local community swimming pool.
The Hummingbird at Kingsley House is the most gorgeous venue. Once through the front doors you are embraced in the most tranquil setting, allowing you to relax, unwind and focus on what makes you happy.
This day is aimed at any conciseness horse rider, from wanting to feel more secure in your saddle out hacking and facing the unpredictability of modern roads, to improving your balance and strength for competition riding.
